Now, after all that time, a new game is on the market, claiming to be the first game to fully utilize the tech. It's also backed by a powerful AI that'll change the game to your whim, so why wouldn't you play?

Well, for Sasha Vulpes it'd be way too expensive. Working at a dead-end job doesn't get you many benefits, and since government parties keep slashing social services there's no getting out. That is until he gets fired, without any stated reason.

When he gets home Sasha gets an Email, a mysterious note inviting him to join the Plastikos Online Beta, which is currently invite only for streamers and other internet personalities.
