Have you ever wondered what makes the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse so apocalyptic?

Obviously it has something to do with conquest, war, famine, and death, but how? How does the Conqueror conquer? How does War war? Is Famine only about starving people, or does any resource scarcity count? How is Death causing all these beasts and diseases to kill people? Come to think of it, why is Death the one in charge of people dying to war and famine? Are War and Famine tryingnotto kill people? And what's up with Death and only getting to kill a quarter of the Earth? What does it even mean to kill a quarter of the Earth? Is it only talking about people or are we including plants and animals too? Or is it something completely different? Is the quarter a limit or a prescription? Why are any of them doing any of this in the first place? Because they want to? Because theyhaveto? Or is it just some fundamental aspect of their existence that they cause these things to happen? Where did these Horsemen even come from and why do they have the authority to doanyof this? What's so special about them?

I suppose you could say they're just the embodiments of these concepts, beings created solely for the Apocalypse, so of course they're going to do what they were created to do, but… well, that's just kind of boring, isn't it? Isn't it so much more interesting if you think of them as people just like you and me? People with some unique abilities, sure, but still, people. People with the same wants and desires that any of us could have. That's a much more interesting path to the apocalypse, don't you think?

This story definitely deserves a lot more attention than it’s gotten so far. Aside from the sudden ‘end’ of the first part (which I suspect will be addressed later), I have no real complaints about the story.
It’s entertaining, the grammar is good enough that nothing really stood out, and none of the main characters are overly unlikable.
I look forward to reading more!

I stuck with this for a really long time, but at this point, the story is going nowhere and I’ve lost interest. All the idealism and self-righteous pontification has also gotten old (looking at you, Tori).

Story: Follows multiple Main Characters, of which we hab curently 2 in the rewrite, Chris and Greg. I can Not summarise the 2 Stories so far, as they are basically "complete" Stories worthy of their own books. In General Made the Stories a Lot faster paced.
Grammar: Spotless, at least to my slang corrupted eyes.
Characters: The Main Point; Chris is a Guy, who is, lets say very rational. He is Not emotionless AS you will See further down the Line, but He is at Times pretty Damm funny.
Greg is a Guy, Who is more or less the opposite of Chris, although He still Sees reason. Pretty Independent and smug, although Not in a bothering way.
For Thomas and Andrew; No spoilers although likeable enough.
(Please Note that I have a very hard time writing this, as the Story is pretty unique.)
