Description
An animal as ordinary as a tortoise holds the potential to become a powerful demon. This is the observation of one such tortoise that lived a long life of hardship and desire, falling to the dark side and becoming a creature that nothing could oppose. However, no matter how powerful it was in its later days, in its early life, it was a vulnerable animal that risked its life nearly every day.
This is a record from birth to demonification to death. A full biography of this magnificent creature in all its glory.

- KezdetRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0An interesting fact of life story about a humble baby tortoise growing up. Narrated by the tortoise and Morgan freeman. (may or may not actually contain the voice of Morgan freeman). Looking forward to how the rest of the story progresses.
- OinosRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5Really, I clicked on this by mistake and was pretty unintrigued by it at first and yet I keep wasting my time on it.
It's just good. The grammar is well above the RRL average, the style is consistent and the pacing is just right. Then there is that something that makes you keep reading it.
It's a story about a tortoise.
A story about a tortoise!
Why can't I stop reading it?
The story and character scores are a bit low because, the protagonist being a tortoise, there isn't much of a plot yet except the protagonist surviving the daily threats it meets and there aren't a lot of character interactions, obviously. Those scores may change in the future as the story progresses.
Still, it's a really good read.
PS: author, I hate you, give me back my time... or more chapters - SinikalRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5I love this story. The pacing is perfect for the story and the character is believably innocent, ignorant, and wild (as in non-domesticated lol). That said, it is a story about a (currently) newborn tortoise, so if you are expecting wild battles, monsters running on walls, and gory deaths look elsewhere. This is a tortoise story moving at a tortoise pace as the tortoise wills it.
The tortoise hasn't built much in the way of a personality for itself yet, as is expected of a newborn struggling to learn how ot survive in the world. Beyond desire to survive, it lacks any other notable intent in its actions. It eats, drinks, and sleeps. That's all it desires, it's all it does.
The author has an interesting style. Mostly, the story is told from the point of view of a jolly narrator (so omnipotent third person).
The story is just getting started with the tortoise barely a week old and having already faced near-death twice.
Grammar is standard or above. I don't recall anything wrong with it. But, I'll update if I was wrong.
Overall, a solid 4.5 if only because I don't trust 5-Star reviews lol.
