Description
Kit's life is fine...or basically alright...or at least not particularly bad...depending on the day. Or, at least, it *was* fine, before *everyone's* life went topsy-turvy with the arrival of a global pandemic. Sure, the new bug might not *hurt* you, but it certainly has the capacity to turn your life upside-down - and his life is *fine* as-is, isn't it? But as society tries to cope with the necessary preventative measures, and Kit struggles to come to terms with his own feelings on the matter, it's an open question whether he'll make it out of this without ending up a bit different than he went in...
Updates Fridays, God willing.

- M3lchiRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0This is one of those stories that I thought would be on eternal hiatus. I really liked it and the author's previous work. This story is heavily psychological so people that like unexpected changes to one's being where the story explores the implications of it should like this.
Anyone that likes stories that are mostly an introspective experience with exploring life from an unexpectedly altered body should give this one a chance. - RakeEaterRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5With the just the right amount of snarkiness and genuine emotional experience to be fun and thoughtful while feeling like a realistic "what-if?" This story has grabbed my mind.
I think there are some minor spelling mistakes, and the way asterisk comments are used can be a bit excessive but I have loved every moment of this read.
