First thing's first, this one reads more as a screenplay than a novel, especially with dialogue where the characters have lines with limited [emotion] tags leaving quite a lot to the actors discretion, or in this case to the readers imagination.
The story is solid, man disillusioned by govt in canon earth dies and isekais with chosen powers. This one deviates from cookie cutter "the two year old is a magic genius"(plus point) but it also makes the start pretty slow. There are certainly parts of the story that don't make much sense,
The princess' "guards" call her princess but it's later revealed they are her brothers.
But plot inconsistencies are to be expected on RR.
Now, one the powers our MC has is the sum total human knowledge in canon earth... The issue with writing a character with all the knowledge is that the author has to have all the knowledge and *so far* MC isn't living up to it.
Speaking of the MC, and other characters, a lot is left to the reader's imagination. I(probably) have a good imagination but still find myself having to rewind and change the way a dialogue was said to match up with current interaction.
Where most authors give us a cup(character) and as us to fill it with water(imagination), this one has given us a vertical panel of glass, drawn the outline of Uganda on it and asked us to levitate the water with our minds to match it. I think the characters can be much more, but writing style doesn't allow it.

Outside that, the main character seems rather interesting the concept is interesting and I would certainly watch It if it were presented in that way. It is not.
