Description
In a decaying city, elite operative Purple enters Strongwell to buy time for her partner, Silver, who's gathering critical intel. She’s ambushed by Karry, a monstrous predator, and endures a savage, near-fatal battle. Despite using all her advanced tech and abilities, Purple is overpowered. Just as she’s about to fall, a second monster—the Banchi—arrives. Silver tells her to stay hidden and let them clash. Purple’s mission isn’t to win—it’s to survive and strike once the dust settles. Broken but not beaten, she rises, armor repairing, knowing her purpose: finish whoever’s left and complete the mission. Strongwell’s nightmare has just begun.

- Darkshard374Royal Road★★★★★ 5.0I found the author's first three chapters interesting and quite entertaining. The author seems new to writing but shows exceptional promise.
Style: The author's style is unique. It is written almost like a movie script, which is fresh and exciting. It can be a little jarring at first but becomes quite entertaining as time goes on. To be honest, it's unlike anything else I've read on Royal Road.
Grammar: Nothing seriously wrong. The author seems new, and some sentences are awkwardly constructed or run-on but nothing glaringly wrong. Some examples include a few run-on sentences and some awkwardly worded bits, but these don't really detract from the story in any serious way.
Story: Quite good. The author seems to be creating a dark and bleak world. I would have liked a bit more world-building in the beginning, but it's likely to come along sometime later. I'm looking forward to learning more about Purple, Kerry, and what they are.
Character: Also interesting, including the unusual characters, from the protagonists to the (current) antagonist. Like with the story, I'd have enjoyed some more advanced worldbuilding, but as with the story, this can come along later with little fuss. I'm excited to see where everybody I've seen advance (and in the case of Kerry, see their demise)
All in all, I found the books so far showing immense promise. There are a few errors that can easily be fixed as the author writes and grows. This book shows real promise, and I hope to see more! - Delightful BadgerRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I have only read the first chapter because thats what is published but already I want to know more about Purple, Karry and the Banchi.
The story is very action packed and I can already see the science fiction and supernatural elements in play in a post apocalyptic setting.
If those are your Jam give it a read.
