Finding himself in a fresh world, with new possibilities, Matthias Mob will leverage every opportunity and resource to build a company that cares for its employees, fights back against demonic corporate overlords, and sells a product that no one can hope to match.

- AnehaliaRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0...is to become one's own boss, as proven by the hero of the story, Matthias Mob. The story starts as Mr. Mob sets out on the rocky road of being a business startup with a little help from the universe-wide mystical force called "The System".
After the first chapter, the start is a little slow, but with the help of some rocks, Mr. Mob starts to get work moving and the story grabs you and drags you along.
Style score: I enjoyed reading this and felt myself strongly imagining the world. This meets story style expectations and therefore gets full marks.
Grammar: There were fewer typos than in modern traditionally published stories, but upper management requires performance evaluations to have some areas of improvement. The errors included a few typos, one missed word, and one additional word. It was still easy to figure out what the author meant, so the author was only docked half a star.
Story: Corporate is pleased with the proliferation of corporate policy. Continue to build your fledgling business.
Character: Even mobs can have personality. Corporate finds that some individuals might have too much freedom and thought process, but the masses claim to want to read such works, so corporate will allow this semblance of freedom. - GoldenGamer69Royal Road★★★★★ 5.0This is really good, I have read until the chapter after chapter 10 (interlude1?) and have to say that this novel is really good.
I have not seen any major mistakes in the grammar only a few mistakes here and there (I would like to think that they were mostly typos).
The world itself is good because it has a unique (I think?) system (and world overall) and is well thought out. It is logical and can be read without stopping to ponder on some of the parts.
The characters are good as well it is shown that they are already developing their character and unique quirks.
And finally the style. I think it is good, because you understand the meaning of the sentences almost immediately. And it is relaxing to read. The plus is that when I was reading it i was often interested in what the next chapter has to offer.
Overall I would like to recommend this novel highly. It is interesting and I liked it. The only thing that could use improvement is the update frequency. I know that the author has sacrificed the update frequency for novel quality, but that does not stop me from complaining(complaining is the most natural thing to do).
And to the author I hope that you will continue to write this novel to the end. And I wish best health to you. - WeavervaleRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Mob Inc has one of the more shall we say interesting setups I have seen this far. I mean demons are great and all, but demons who are into contract law and shit yeah that's my jam.
Grammar 5/5 this is a strong work in terms of how it works with words and such.
In terms of style, this is a very strong lit RPG style that I've begun to like. Everything's clear about what's going on. It has a system that the EMC uses to interact with the world a little bit. It's a little bit adjacent to a system integration, but that's fine. What he does with it makes sense that the MC makes sense. So for that I'll even give the character five out of five. Story wise doesn't really make sense how he does the thing. But it is interesting which means that the setup is going somewhere.
I think one of the more interesting things here is that I can't really see where it's going. I see some goals and some needs and some wants but that's about it. So this has potential to be great.
Story is 5/5 I would love to see how this progresses.
