I've been around royalroad for about a year now, but this is actually my first review, and there's a very important reason for starting today. This story, despite its rating, is very, VERY GOOD. Don't misjudge this absolute jewel on its cover, it's actually fucking awesome. The author decided on a different approach on the beginning, not making it clear the gender of the MC, and got heavily criticized by the stupidly flammable community of this website. I'm not saying it's flawless, but its content is definitely top 5 on this website in my opinion.
Many other authors have given up on their work precisely because of the "toxicity" of this community, but I sincerely hope you know you're just better than these polluters. Please, Raigner, don't lose your motivation based on the haters alone. I wrote this to let you know that there are probably a lot of people like me, who throughly enjoy your work and are looking forward for every realease you make. We just don't usually comment on anything.

I don't write reviews much cause some one likes to delete them everytime I write one. Otherwise I like to mention that for those who do like to go by reviews to actually read the book I hope the writer ignores comments reviews and such cause reading it just today made me start a reading frenzy just for these 30 chapters and personally I hate the current groups who write biased reviews thinking they're good and say they got it from an opinionated website or another reviewer. Actually read it and if you read its previous form than just re read it again and forget everything you previously read don't make it a big deal.

This is one of my personal favorites.
the gender bender complaints really gove the actual story a bad wrap, the actual story is very fun and good, if a little busy on character upgrades.
If you can ignore all the author side comments, and the other readers commentary thats outdated, then you too will have a very enjoyable time reading this story.

in my opinion this book has a lot of potential. It's very similar to re:monster the original reincarnation light novel hype. It gave birth to a lot of Re: novels. None of those novels ever really kept the style of Re:monster. This has a very similar style. The style in itself is not very popular but many Amature Authors will use this style as a starting point before their novel slowly evolves. By chapter 25 you start to notice the style evolving. Although 1-24 is a style few Authors go with it is often the style that inspires the most inspiration for male Authors who lack creativity. This is an Amature site so I don't expect much. However this Author is an unpolished gem. I look forward to seeing how his/her style evolves as well as how this Author slowly improves.

Let's talk about things I liked :
-The grammar and language is great, there are some minor errors here and there but they are barely noticeable and the language is consistant, making the reading fluent and the immersion better.
-The plot is not bad with only a few loophole here and there, while the pacing is not ideal it is still enjoyable. I especially like the on going bhackground plot with the different traits. I find it very interesting.
Now, the part that I enjoyed less:
-Too many characters, there are so much side characters that it drown the reader. I get the whole "I can't do things alone", "each of them is crutial" and "this is an army" thing, but still, a lot of them are doing things in the background that you have a bad time keeping track of it. Moreover, that makes you write about PoVs that are more or less relevant. I'm not against them, but there are some that I'd rather you didn't write so that you could write an other PoV of an other event that you just summarized in two lines that seemed rather interesting.
-I hate Kite main personnality. I get that he will grow later along the plot and things that happens and will make him less naive, but currently, as of chapter 150, I hate Kite for it... I can only hope that he grows faster. He was supposed to have already lived a life, he shouldn't be so trusting or kind or selfless.
-"Sky is the limit" syndrome. The characters are getting stronger and stronger and so is the ennemy, and probably infinitely... I get that progression is a must, but the characters progress by leaps and bounds and once the ennemy is defeated, you realize that they are too strong then you make the next ennemy stronger, then you realize this ennemy is too strong and you make the characters progress by leaps and bounds again... There is no real remedy to that, so it's ok, but there should be something plot wise that explain why the ennemy is so strong and why it didn't appear before.
