Darth Revan, Dark Lady of the Sith Empire is betrayed at the moment victory is inevitable! Forced to flee her secure spacestation with an entire Republic fleet in pursuit, she risks it all on an experimental hyperdrive and an unknown course. In a galaxy far, far away from those events, Commander Jane Shepard wakes up two years after a fatal ambush. While She has not travelled far, the galaxy around her is still alien to her, and the Reapers are still coming. With only a humano-centric terrorist organization at her back, can she convince everyone that the threat is real? Or will the galaxy be caught unawares by their impending doom?

Revan is probably the coolest protagonist from any Star Wars game and now we get to see a female Revan (the games starring Revan let you customize) join shepherds suicide mission from the second (my favorite) game it's well written and Revans power over both sides of the force is on display I'm already hooked for the next chapter so don't sleep on this if it sounds like your cup of tea.

Honestly I enjoy it its a intresting mix of the two genres. It's intresting to see how biotic us more of a fake way of using the force but still powerful. It brings me back to the games...which I still play occasionally..kotor 1 and 2 more than me but well Iove both and this makes me want the kotor remake more as well as a new mass effect game, *now hopes someone makes a mod to being reven into mass effect*

I like the integration of Revan into the Mass Effect universe its well done an doesn't feel to strong out of place. The story is not slow paced in for itself it is more like the effect that Revan has on this universe and the changes because of her are slow paced in their development. It takes almost 45 chapters until the chnages are noticable. And in ernest the Jedi and Sith had a very long time to perfect their lightsabers from mandalorian iron swords to protosabers and than another long time to the real modern lightsabers. I find the ability of cerberus to counter such a mighty weapon so fast is rather unrealistic without any hint how the tech even works but I can overlook that because its by far not the worst that can happen in a fanfic to counter the MC.
But all in all I enjoy this story very much and would recommend it for every star wars old republic and mass effect fan.

I cannot overstate how good this is. It's thrown itself well outside of the usual fanfiction category and into something I would happily buy as an independent novel all on its own.
The author blends narrative magnificence and a host of characters as interesting and complex as ME-2 was known for, with the masterful (and balanced!) inclusion of a main character just as interesting as the rest of the cast.
One of the things I appreciate is that you don't need a huge familiarity with the KOTR or star wars in general to appreciate this. I certainly didn't. Everything is explained beautifully in context or through conversation, and it never feels like a slog.
All-in-all, I truthfully think that the only thing keeping this from jumping to and remaining on the front page of any place it is hosted is the update speed. Though, with the sheer length and quality of the chapters being released, this wouldn't even be a concern if I wasn't so unreasonably excited for each successive chapter.
Well done, Author, and thank you for writing this absolute treasure!

Expect that lorewise Revan is a male, but its a fanfic so its OK.
And i dont realy like the Saint Shepard (Paragon?), but its a fanfic so its OK.
BUT Autor-han please, PLEEEEAAAASEEEE.... no cheats, NO HORN!!! Or Horn is a Reapers trap like in fans theories.

When I first saw this fic, I went in expecting an OP MC romp where our beloved Darth Revan cuts through a galaxy completely unprepared for a Sith Lord.
The story delivers on that.
What I did not expect was an in-depth look into Commander Shepard's psych and emotional state during the events of Mass Effect 2, something that even the game itself glosses over. It is absolutely fascinating, and also absolutely makes sense, making Shepard feel like more of a real character than even the game did.
On that note, the author does an excellent job with the dual MCs, keeping Shepard involved without Revan completely taking over the show, and I greatly enjoy the dynamic between the two, as well as the parallels between their stories.
All in all, excellently written. We get our Sith Lord bringing a lightsaber to a gunfight, and we get to see new sides of Shepard that enhance the overall character. I'm Icalos, and this is my favorite ME/SW fanfic on the site.

Best fan portrayal of Revan and Sheppard I have seen to date. True to the game timelines and both cannons.
Meshing if verses is done smoothly and respectfully towards both. Revan is OP here but lets be honest, Revan is just OP and would be OP everywhere as long as The Force is a thing.
Shepard is a mix of Paragon and Renegade with a clear bend towards Paragon. Very close to how I imagined her while playing so a massive plus to me :D
Overall I am enjoying this mashup immensely. Made me replay both KoTOR and ME trilogy.

Wow, well done... I only vaugely remeber mass effect and only played kotor2, but this brought me right in and kept me riveted.
Full recommendation to everyone, this is good as long as you vaugely know the mass effect universe.
Not to say it is perfect, but it is way better than most. The parts I have issue with is that shepard and revan need a little more difference in their POVs. This is incredibly hard and the story as it is now is really well done, but occationally when there is some mental monologe I occationally doubt whose POV we are in.
Grammar: great
Characters: great (I especially like the emotions they are trying to deal with. Extremely well done)
Style: POVs are generally good but as said above could use some additional quirks to ensure they are different.
Story: As above, I would add in some more when Raven learns about the mass effect universe (the reapers) and some more in other places so the story is easier for those without knowledge of the lore to more easily follow.
I do think you should add in some more internal struggle with Raven. I know she is balancing it as a healthy sith/jedi is doing, but sometimes even in her POV she somes across as emotionless. So those rare moments of emotion are great. Maybe just hint it more often. I know it comes up in chapter 19, but that was just hinting it was happening, when we are in her head there is not even any attempts to keep calm.
I love how powerful she is without being crazy, but you might want to show her strategies sometimes as she feels less tactical in combat than shepard when I am pretty sure she is supposed to also be good at it.
But yeah, I recommend to pretty much everyone. This is great stuff.
