Book 1:Completed and rewrittenBook 2:CompleteBook 3:Ongoing Adam is no one special. He’s just an accountant standing in line at a bakery one early Saturday morning, because his craving for Jameson’s croissants finally broke him. Unfortunately, fate has other plans for him, as the black cubes show up before he can get his pastries. The cubes are the heralds and guides of the Trials of Defiance. They’ve decided that Adam, along with every other able-bodied human adult, is to become a Player in their game. Humanity’s future is at stake and it’s all but inevitable that Adam is going to die. After all, he’s no one special. Despite it all, he overcomes the first Stage. He attains some measure of power and then discovers a way to kill the black cube following him around. The only problem is that killing the cube takes him down with it. Oh, and it also gives him the power to go back in time when he dies. I NEED MORE. This is genuinely so good. I picked it up because I was bored and thought a good time loop story would be satisfying. God did I underestimate this. Everything comes together beautifully. Adam our main character is pretty likeable. There’s so many cool ideas and each stage is so unique.

Slow initial start, but it’s a great read regardless. Loved every minute so far, and hope to love every minute going forward! I hope to read more about the main dying and resetting to be more perfect for himself on future loops! Great artist, which I could be as good as them!

As always Dose I provided a pleasantly dark and macabre take on the system apocalypse genre, with a healthy dose of progression it's just so easy too fall in love with(especially when you don't want to.)
The characters are believable, realistic and understandably mental (they have to be to work join a system like they have).
The world is weird and breathtaking in equal measure, with so much hidden depth it leaves you floundering.
And most importantly, the grammar is impeccable. Reading it alone is a joy, no clunky turns of phrase or malapropisms.
    Simply put it's beautiful.
    Thanks Dosei😁

I am blown away by this story. I binged it and now regret that I must wait until the next chapter drops. The many builds the MC makes each run, the characters he meets and develops ties to, and the Absolutes that are all scheming keep me glued to this story. 10/10

You have no doubt heard of puzzle box storytelling (think lost) but have you ever thought about how that might be used recursively? What if the mystery box inside the series of matryoshka like mystery boxes just led to that first mystery all over again. And what if its name was Shitbox? You heard me.Welcome to Loopshard. It Loops, hard. The only strike against it, is that it's going to be a long ride, and I don't think that even the clear things we do know at the moment are especially clear, but we'll see where it takes us!

I stubled across this story more by accident, I certainly was not looking for a time loop story. They can get convoluted and keeping facts straight and consistent over dozends of chapters is not easy. I truly enjoy reading this one. There were no inconsistencies that jumped at me so far. The progression system is structured logically. The progression is not needlessly complicated but believable. There are true stakes, the looping has consequences and nothing can just be undone. The main character is not all powerful, he emotionally struggles with the looping and has believable reactions. The world building is entertaining and captivating. I absolutly can recomend this story and author.

It’s good. I’m enjoying the lore of the world. I like how MC regresses. I think it’s fun to read. The only thing I don’t like is how quickly MC moves on from things. That’s just a personal issue though. It doesn’t detract from the story. It’s a good read.

I've really enjoyed the story so far. The fragment part reminds me of the Tom Cruise movie where he's also stuck in a loop.
Although I disagree with the upgrade choices (everyone has their own playing style), the story is well-balanced.
I'm always waiting for the main character to die so it can start over in a different way.

This story is great. Author does a great job with his writing. Everything is clear and easy to understand. I've not had to stop and try and figure out what he meant to say once. Story is also engaging and makes me want to keep coming back for more.
This is a looper story, where the MC doesn't really loop like you would expect. So far he has only gone back in time twice. At first this was mildly irritating, I felt like the MC was being dumb. However, the reasoning for this is a good one. Since he's not really a looper going back in time, but displacing one of his other selves from a different universe. Starting in a new universe means all the people could be slightly different, and his arrival and subsequent erasure creates irrevocable change for everyone else in that universe. This premise is very interesting and frames the MC behavior in a way that is reasonable and makes sense to me.
