Beyond universes lie universal clusters, multiverses. Multiverses are but a fraction of reality. Within a reality are billions of multiverses.

Beyond reality lies existence. Existence encompasses all there is to be. There are infinite realities within existence…

Existence is God.

Existence is not just a place. Not just a boundary in which everything resides.Existence is a person.

Existence has a name.

Lokreum.

Existence is an entity beyond mortal reason. But he was created by someone that instilled mortal ideals within him. Lokreum is a creator that lives to fulfill one duty.

Make something beautiful.

Tasked with this mission by his predecessor, Existence creates and destroys. He witnesses the art of war. The beauty of humanity. He makes things as he pleases. Power systems, laws, concepts beyond understanding.

Lokreum governs the gods of realities, and he does so with a pleasure.

But maybe he would like to observe the insignificant as well? He is not just a deity, but a living mind. He finds interest in watching the daily lives of mortals, and as he watches history unfold upon worlds, he will be thoroughly entertained…

The story is about an Omnipotent God, Lokreum, and the life he lives. He establishes Power Systems, creates Realities and watches Godlike beings throw hands. It's rather combat and power focused (which I don't mind at all), but still told from the somewhat detached POV of a true God. As we follow Lokerum and his friends and followers on their journey, we come across many different places and personalities.
It's great fun, in my opinion.

I really love this book, the imagry in it is so powerful that you feel like you're witnessing everything first hand and have actual connections with the characters. It uses some of the simple "Laws" of life that we are already familiar with and expands on them so much, you realize how oblivious you previously were to them. I find it truly amazing, you're left rethinking things like Fate, Destruction, Pain, Knowledge, Life, Immortality, and Death in such a way it readjusts your view on everything and affects your decision making. You're never gonna forget what you learn in this book, to say the least.
