Description
Arthur Sully was an ordinary man, grounded, determined, but stuck in the monotony of life. That was until fate, cruel and unexpected, struck him down in a tragic accident. When Arthur opens his eyes again, he finds himself in a foreign, untamed world, an endless forest teeming with terrifying monsters, alien flora, and dangers lurking at every turn.
Struggling to comprehend his situation, Arthur soon discovers something extraordinary: he can adapt. Each time he faces death-through poison, claws, or fangs, his body evolves, becoming stronger, faster, and more resilient.
Thrown into a brutal survival game, Arthur’s resolve is pushed to its limits as he learns to fight, adapt, and master his strange ability. Arthur must confront not only the monsters of this alien realm but also the terrifying truth of his existence.
He must Adapt, evolve, survive, or die trying.
Contains World-hopping, Sci-fi, No-Harem, System, Kingdom-Building (2nd Arc).
Though the Main character has a System but it works only as a panel that shows his progress, abilities and has some nifty features.

- WestleyRogersRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I don’t normally leave reviews but I was surprised at how few were here so I figured I’d leave one
I almost dropped it about a dozen chapters in, it starts kinda chaotic like the author isn’t sure where he wants to go with it, but hang in there, I went from halfway thru book 1 to finishing book 2 in a single sitting and it was great. I’d put it up there with some of the better novels I’ve read here on royal road.
in short it’s a progression novel with a status page and an immersive approach to world hopping. Some things are hand waved at a few points but nothing that breaks the story. MC is competent and driven but not perfect, emotions are muted but that’s kinda what I’m looking for in a progression novel, it’s not all “for my family!” Or “junior you dare!” It’s about getting stronger and how to use that strength efficiently
the kingdom building/space war aspect is ingenious, it allows for a overarching plot line and introduces aspects that we don’t normally see from just a normal progression novel like this, looking forward to more author set themselves up nicely for more writing and shouldn’t write themselves into a corner anytime soon - kaoRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Overall. Liked it. It uses the idea of 'what does kill you, will make you stronger." Similar to the power of Doomsday from DC Comics. I hope that by the time I banked another 100 chapters, our MC will be able to take dips into the heart of a Sun and come out unscathed.
For now, the pacing is good, the mc has a bottom line, the supporting characters are interesting and the world building is growing well.
So if you do like the idea of a Doomsday like power, but used for creating a hero instead of a beast? Give this story a shake. You make be surprised. - AmatyaRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0This is one of the most interesting sci-fi stories I found on Royal Road! I haven’t seen any other original novels other than fanfictions where the protagonist uses powers similar to Arthur. His power sets are overpowered and I thought this was gonna be another wish fulfillment novel, but after reading the novel till chapter 37 this does not appear to be so, Arthur earns his strength.
Story is consistent and the grammar is good, I did not find many mistakes throughout the story. And the side characters are not dumb they can think for themselves and have substance. And Arthur does not just grow in his strength but the author is also doing great work in building his character.
Spoiler
The story is set in the milky way where humanity has developed the whole galaxy and are fighting an alien invasion from another galaxy. The fights are well written and do not feel boring to read. There is not much known about humanity's enemy till now other than their origin galaxy and their strength, and I guess it would take more chapters to do so. I am looking forward to when the author introduces magical element in the story.
Really looking forward to the development of the story... - Shelli IngleRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5The series started out as very similar to The Druid of Seuol Station with a survival fitness but with the MC as an orphan. I did talked with the author with the A.I. issue, but i thought it was a good story.
The story grows on to me when it got more into fantasy.🙂 I like the author had balance between science fiction and fantasy realms. I really like Arthur's character growth and development as a cold and distant character at first then he became heartwarming and opening up character. 😊I don't blame him for not wanting to stay in science fiction world to be experimenting on. I thought that's really cute that he grows attached to the mages in the fantasy world. I think the fight scenes are awesome.
I don't mind to continue on with reading this series. I thought it was a series anyway. 🙂 - DembedRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0This story early on is very rough in terms of mechanics and logic.
After you get through that things start to improve strongly and all aspects get better.
Grammar is always at a high standard.
Our MC Arthur is emotionally mature and acts like it. There is slowly some growth in terms of with higher power his feeling of responsibility goes up. Making it satisfying to follow.
Small details about combat mechanics, logic and physics are following their own rules and needs the adjustment of not thinking about them.
Sit and enjoy reading - KachlickaRoyal Road★★ 2.0My impression of the story is about the same as my impression of the following sentence.
"Thin well went and school woke in seven."
You know all the words but they just do not make any real sense put together like this. It is kind of amazing actually. Or partially made by ai maybe? - Chopsuey332Royal Road★★ 2.0To start, I did not expect to find a writing style that I despised more then run-on sentences and nonsensical punctuations. To put it in a word it would be “corny”. The MC is in a constant state of smiling and showing off what he could do for the last 20 chapters. It was just constant glazing the MC. God I hate it so much. Also the constant pov switches in a single chapter is just jarring and unnecessary. There are at least 3+ switches each chapter before I dropped.
combat: fine - decent descriptions
story: whatever - just a power fantasy
style: horrendous - repetitive, super hero movie style dialogue.
