- ddamyonRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I must jump in to defend the author. Code BC gave an aweful descrioption of this story. This story is slowly building up and the character discovers more about himself while he grows up. seriously? how developed could a under 10 year old be? Another point, why is the concept bad? the magic is mostly different then in other stories ( the ones i read so far) but only similar in it that the magic system is build up on the elements. Code BC half a star rating is reeealy uncalled for. If you rate this story so bad, most other stories should deseve an even worser rating. if you want an overpowered child MC with a harrem go read another story
- FlaamwingRoyal Road★★★ 3.0The writing style seems distant, and I found it hard to immerse myself into the story as a result. Part of the problem may be caused by 3rd person writing from a 1st person point of view, it just seems odd to me.
The story itself, as far as I read (chapter 20) seems decent. And I would probably enjoy it more if not for the previously mentioned issue.
The grammar may not be perfect, but it wasn't terrible.
So far there has only been any real development of two characters, due to their avoidance of dealing with others. The development of those two seems to be mostly in terms of skills and dealing with negative emotions. It seems a little shallow to me, but it isn't to the point where they are cardboard cutouts.
Personally I wont keep reading, as I find it just can't keep my interest. The story isn't trash, but it's too mediocre which would be fine if I could immerse myself in it, but the style doesn't suit me. But I think the author should keep working on it, and do his best to improve. After-all, you can't get better if you don't even try! - CodeBCRoyal Road★ 0.5Really bad pacing if I can say so myself. The concept is very unoriginal and the main character is not flushed out at all. But my main issue is still the bad pacing. Don't think i can continue reading, we will see. I will give it another 4 chapters maybe.
