For fifty million years, Space Whales peacefully coexisted with Earth's whales in a harmonious cycle of cetacean reincarnation. That is, until humans drive them to the brink of extinction, hunting, killing and polluting the sea.

Now the Space Whales are pissed.

Marine Conservationist Hayley Cook has always had a special relationship with the whales off the coast of her hometown in New Zealand. So, when she offers to take the sexy Italian Marine Scientist Dr Jules Brambilla out on her boat, the Ocean Blue, she anticipates a day of fun flirtation.

That night, the Ocean Blue returns covered in blood, Hayley is missing, and Jules is accused of her murder. When the police recover horrifying video footage of Hayley, attacked and swallowed whole by the very whales she dedicated her life to protecting, the world mourns her tragic death.

However, Hayley miraculously reappears, and in the glare of the media spotlight, she delivers an ultimatum: obey the Space Whales or prepare to die.
