- An_Amazing_UsernameRoyal Road★★★ 3.0This story has a decent foundation, but it has much further to go.
The chapters length is fairly reasonable and the story itself is engaging. However there are several places where the story could be improved. The most obvius thing I can think of would be leaning a bit more heavily into the LitRPG elements of the story as it's a bit hard to follow and a staus screen would help a lot. There is a system in the first dozen or so chapters then just cuts out. The screens could also use some form of formatting to distinguish them from the normal story some thing like: Status | Status | [Status] | or blue boxes.
I have several issues with the story however. The main one is the formatting, the story has a certain amount of shoving walls of text in the readers face and it can be a bit hard to keep on the subject of the chapter. This issue only really appears after chapter 16.
I think the main issue with the story is the author rushing the chapters, after the 16th chapter where quality dropped the story becomes a bit more erratic and hard to follow. - ChristopherCravenRoyal Road★★ 2.0Chapter 15
General: A Dungeon story in a fantasy setting. Legendary categorized because of the Void Element. Placed near and Land of Undead.
A Lumberman gets killed buy a minion of necromancers army and his soul is trapped in the gem at the sword handle. After a hero kills the Skeleton the Sword is stuck in the ground and the dungeon starts forming. Diggs so deep that he gets an achievement and gets Void and become legendary.
Style: Dungeon with System and Dungeon fairy. WIth Shop and Levels. One Boss per Level.
So many times the spacing feels weird and in some chapters there a copy and paste errors where options in the Shop are there multiple times and options are chosen that due to this were never displayed.
Story: We build a new dungeon and till now had a Priest and his knights, Undead and a Necromancer or Cultist and Bandits that wants to enslave him as visitors. The story is till now the point with the least to criticize not unique and not a lot of worldbuilding done but standard for a dungeon Story.
Grammar: Word has way more even just correcting the errors pointed out by the readers would make it a lot better.
Character: The Dungeon was made from the trapped soul of a Lumberman but only knowledge remained the Fairy is till now mostly info dump so nothing to get attached to characterwise. - grovekeeperRoyal Road★★ 2.0The grammar is simply intolerable. The sentences are a mile long with no punctuations and more than one and. It actualy seems that the author has some sort of deep seated hatred with punctuation marks. There are no colons. No commas, random capitalised words in the missle of sentences.
"It felt safer, away from the necromantic hordes and the discerning heroes the first mile of tunnel dug straight down was closed back of and much of the other stone was absorbed or pushed elsewhere and now the soul felt safer in its current resting place it brought up the ignored notifications."
This is a whole paragraph.
The text litrpg formatting is even worse. There are no boxes or again, punctuation marks here too.
Warning once specialty has been chosen it can not b changed. Continue?
The sadder part is that the author seems to ignore people pointing out mistakes and does not edit the chapters, eve after 2 weeks.
