- DaasWolfeRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0"The story is incredibly fast-paced, keeping me on the edge of my seat with every chapter, but that's what makes it so amazing! The way you’ve woven the alchemist theme into the plot is both fascinating and unique, adding a layer of mystery and intrigue that I can't get enough of. I find myself eagerly turning each page, completely engrossed in the world you've created. Your storytelling skills are truly impressive, and I can't wait to see where the journey will take us next. Keep up the fantastic work—I am totally in love with your story! ❤️"
- JIHANAMRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0This character is a complex and intriguing figure. While he may initially come across as a sad, self-centered individual who struggles to understand the human heart, his journey is one of personal growth and self-improvement. What I appreciate most about him is his genuine desire to change and his efforts to do something about it. Despite his flaws, there's a relatability to his struggle to become a better version of himself.
As readers, especially those who are more mature, we might find ourselves questioning his sincerity and wondering, "Is this guy serious?" But that's precisely what makes the story so compelling. It acknowledges that everyone makes mistakes and that everyone, no matter how flawed, has the potential for growth and change if they truly want it.
The story does a fantastic job of portraying this character's transformation in a way that feels both realistic and inspiring. It reminds us that change is possible, but it requires effort and self-awareness. I highly recommend reading up to the latest chapter to fully appreciate the nuances of this character's journey. You'll find yourself rooting for him, despite his imperfections, and that's what makes this story truly captivating.

As the synopsis suggests, the story is about a protagonist who has been demoted, reflects on himself, and
follows the advice of his familiar at his new workplace to work on improving his interpersonal relationships. The story is not flashy at all, but the author's skill is great, making
it an easy read and one of the most interesting stories I've read recently, and I'm looking forward to seeing what happens next.
Character :
I wondered what kind of person the main character would be, being stabbed by a colleague, but he was actually surprisingly gentle and I understood what he was thinking once we talked.
Although he is a sad, self-centered monster who doesn't understand the human heart,
I liked his desire to improve and his efforts to do something about it.
The more mature the reader, the more likely they are to think, "Is this guy serious?"
However, everyone makes mistakes, and everyone can grow if they want ...

style wise - I think there’s some formatting things that could be better. Some chapters are double spaced and others are single spaced. But the actual writing style is compelling. A bit abrupt in places, but nothing that was bad. Just sometimes a bit jarring.
story - I like slice of life-y stories where the main character learns that life is more than work and such. So this is a winner for me. If that’s not what you’re looking for this may not be the story for you.
grammar - I would say this is where the story is weakest. There’s never anything that truly makes it difficult to understand, but there’s some jumping between 1st person POV and 3rd person POV that is jarring. And there are times when there are just full typos on which character is speaking or thinking. And that’s a bit tough.
character - the mc is kind of a dick and he has like a jiminy cricket to guide him to being a better person. It’s a good idea and makes it so that the mc can have flaws that he works on bit by bit. I’m a little early into the story so maybe the ReIncarnation stuff will mean more later into the story but rn it feels a bit like fluff. But I liked the ideas going into the story. - Davey daveRoyal Road★ 0.5The story characters need serious development, most feel undeveloped, char profile writing and story boarding individuals development and personality's would help here a lot.
The early plot is flimsy, and I actively don't want to read further without revision. It could be improved and some of the premise trying to provide a path for charity growth is good just poorly implemented.
Style score is low, much needs to be redone in terms of structure to achieve a higher score.
The grammar is okay, and if I was doing an advanced review I would have scored that decently. But overall story score, Char score and my desire to keep reading is v low.
Additionally, the story doesn't particularly live up to its tags well, so further review is needed there for the story to achieve a higher score.
