Description
Waking up, I was quite surprised to find myself inside my fictional creation.
Unfortunately, this place is the hellhole I personally designed. To survive here, I need strength.
Well then, I’ll become the strongest and enjoy my new life.
The world has changed? Bring it on! Things will be more entertaining from now on.
The hero will fail to save the world? Fine, I’ll do it myself.
My world, my rule.

- ShipTeaserRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5When reading the prologue i got a real 'The Novel's Extra' vibe, though the story itself goes in way other directions.
The tale itself is an interesting twist on a 'reborn in a novel you wrote' story, having the memory loss makes it unique in regards to the variations i've read. As a character John can feel a little bit empty, but that makes sense due to the memory issues, and when he does act on his emotions it's certainly explosive.
Characters are excellent, and i particularly like the dynamics he has with Faye, another character who ends up deeper than first appearence.
The other characters seem well fleshed out in general and easy to distinguish, which is definitely a strength here. Even the hatebale characters are good (though i do hate 'em indeed!)
Grammar-wise, no real issues, just a few of what i'd term 'auto-correct errors' where a wrong word has slipped in here or there. The writing is clean and gets across what needs to be done, and the action is likewise visaulisable.
The world is consistent with itself and is one i'd like to know more about. Overall i'm really looking forward to seeing the character dynamic blossom and where the story goes from here.
