Description
After getting injured on a hostage rescue mission, ex-mercenary Jonathan Nobel is recruited to be the face of a new interactive total immersion VR game; Immersion Online. With no special privileges beyond those of an average player, he must navigate the trials of this digital realm while his experiences are distilled into a web series that serves to promote the game. However, Jonathan will discover that being a celebrity in a virtual fantasy world isn't as glamourous as it's made out to be, particularly when he is out of his element and grappling with his own demons.----------------------What to expect from the story:- A dash of realism in an unrealistic world- Somewhat strong lead, but not overpowered- Technology instead of magic
I aim for 2000 words per chapter withtwo chapters released per week, and have the first 40 chapters prewrittenchapters released a bit sporadically, unfortunately. As the roadmap stands right now, I believe the whole story will be 3 books encompassing somewhere around 120-150 chapters in total. This is my first shared story, so I appreciate any feedback - good or bad.

- AncientPantheonsRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0The story is great with the main character Jonathan meeting multiple new people as he goes on and while he does have gaps in knowledge he does not just know nothing at all. The progression is honestly slow or at least is to me, but if you are expecting an main character who gets a op item or unlocks some hidden skill this is not it instead Jonathan works for each piece of power he gets access to.
