I was banished from the HERO PARTY for having a small dick

Description
Whenever I read manga or novels about adventurers who are expelled from the legendary hero’s party, I always think: Why do they disdain, humiliate, and expel someone who was useful in both theory and practice? (And sometimes it turns out the expelled person was stronger than the hero or group leader.) And I tell myself, they expelled them because “they had a shortcoming,” as a mockery of that cliché and ridiculous premise. And I think, what if I write a story with that cliché premise? This is the result. I hope you enjoy it!
PS: This is my first novel; it’s almost a writing exercise, but I really put a lot of love into it.

Ester, the MC is a healer who can heal minds as well as bodies. He also has traits that allow offensive actions. This makes him versatile, but he is fairly meek, self-conscious, and somewhat subservient to stronger characters. A good supporting member for a party, he separates from his original party and joins an undercover elven hero. This is a multiple viewpoint story, following his old party, members of his new, growing party, and second-hand views of of some patients from his mental healing.
The story was originally written in Spanish, so some phrases appear a bit awkward in translation, but are easily read. The spelling is good, a few minor mistakes that don't take away from the story.
I recommend reading a few chapters to get an idea of the characters and story flow. Then decide from there if you want to follow it.
