Hiro, chosen of the gods and brought from another realm to save this world. A warrior without equal, who through his cunning, courage and determination will be the one to slay the demon lord, bringing peace to this great land once more...

At least, that's what the legends would have her believe. But to Maerys, the dragon cursed to human form and forbidden from killing, he is nothing more than the tool of her vengeance, a reckless idiot and a constant source of headaches. Surely with her by his side, the help of her one remaining kobold minion and the greatest treasures of her once immeasurable hoard even a human can slay the demon that did this to her. Right?

Now if only she could get him to stop running off ahead before she could properly buff and heal him.

    Maerys needs Hiro, but Hiro is so dumb that he gets himself into trouble. Also you have a kobold who worships Maerys and doesn't help much either. This is a fun short story that has them encounter a powerful foe and Hiro's sense of honor mixes with stupidity. The title is apt, as she can heal his wounds, but can't heal stupid. This was fun.
