Description

Ordinary college student Zack leaves the normal world via subway ride every Friday, entering a world of dangerous Scenarios and Dungeons that pit him against both fellow humans initiates and monsters alike.

The novelty of discovering he is a Returner is quickly lost when his past self informs him that he once survived by hiding, shying away from direct confrontation with other powerful human initiates, biding his time to grow stronger until he eventually outlasted them all.

That wasn't going to happen this time around if he could help it.

Armed with the fragmented memories of his past self, Zack will rise from his place as a mere rat hiding in the shadows into the hunter himself.

But first, he's going to need to collect the return fare of ten coins.

Ten iron coins.

Ten monster heads.

Time to get to work.

So far there hasn't been anything that jumped out as super unique about this story but at the same time it is hitting the points that I enjoy about litrpg's, an at the moment slightly stronger MC nothing to crazy so there is still threat which is nice.
We are gettings hints and pieces of the wider system with crazy levels of power and hidden forces.
Zach the MC is acting intelligently so far which I appreciate, when he goes into danger it is because he has to and he then makes rational decisions to increase his odds of survival.
We are starting to see some side characters come out, they aren't fleshed out yet but there are at least several named characters who have the starts of individual personalities instead of a faceless blob.
So a good solid start to a story that will hopefully just improve as it goes along. Smart MCs and the start of world building makes this a worth while read though with just 15 chapters at the moment there isn't enough to have everything fleshed out yet.

Ok so I was a little bit wary but that was quickly erased as the story went 0-60 in 1.35s.
Oh I wish I could have waited till the novel was completed before finding it.  The character A, world B+ (need more chapters to decide).  I want many many more chapters. I see that there havent been any chapters in a few weeks.  I hope everything is ok and the novel has not been dropped.Ill add more to the review when I read more....AWESOME work author!!

It's still very early days and for the sake of bumping reader count I've given it a 5, not to say that it doesn't deserve it.
It's your standard system integration litRPG with like a little twist, nothing you've never seen before but it feels different.
Overall it's well written with good grammar and the dialogue is smooth and doesn't hurt to read either. It's clearly very well thought out and the author has put a lot of thought into the system/world-building which is great and I love how mrinocence has captured the early game charm of a system integration litRPG perfectly, it feels like I'm reading ORV for the first time again.
Really good start I've got high hopes for this.

Story is alright, has a pretty cool premise. I'm really not a fan of how consistently women are sexualized in this - it just feels really weird the way the mc thinks about someone's tits or ass. It kinda reminds me of the stuff I'd expect from a teen harem story.

I feel like it's important to preface this with the fact that this is a trope heavy story. It hits the vast majority of tropes you find in the rebirth/television/litRPG genre of stories. The females are super hot smokeshows described by their body and face. For all authors out there, you can actually have mundane females in your story who have other character traits other than big tits and a pretty face. The MC goes from normal person to being totally okay with being a killer in the span of 24 hrs. By chapter 2 you're getting a POV from a system overseer who can't help but comment on how super special the MC is despite not displaying anything that would warrant it. Some may like that, others like me will probably read it as pretty boring and derivative.
I was also slightly biased because I saw this recommended on the rational subreddit and I don't think it fits at all. Some of the combat and actions by the MC really don't make sense if you really think about them despite being presented as high level tactical thinking.
I'll start with the negatives. So far the litRPG system does not matter 22 chapters in. The base vs earned stats is convuloted and a poorly thought out system. It creates 10x more confusion than entertainment. It would read much better if you just had a larger variety of base stats based on the person (I.e weightlifter starts with 15 strength vs the programing nerd who starts with 4). Levels don't seem to matter, there's no skills, and outside of an inventory and item descriptions there's really not "litrpg" stuff. An example of this would be the fight with the 3 men in chapter 22. Zach has triple their individual levels, a million past lives that have been shown to provide him at least a little big of extra ability/skill/gut insticnt, and is supposedly much more prepared because he knew this was going to happen. Yet he completely sturggles and ends up running away with 2 still alive. Levels are shown to not matter at all here.  If you're going to adv

This review is more intended for the author than readers. This story clearly shows the author can build a fun world to explore. You want to see the next outing or have the system explored a bit more, which isn't always true with stories. The overarching storywriting is very novice, and shows a lack of planning future chapters/events/etc, as well as a lack of editing. Overall, definitely a promising attempt from an author learning the trade.
Style: the style is generic, but presented well. It doesn't feel too stereotypical or overblown, though it risks those more than their opposites. I think this is the hardest thing to learn, so I have good hopes for this author as they develop their writing and improve their storytelling.
Story: this is the weak point of the fiction. Every chapter seems underdeveloped, and there doesn't seem to be any forethought or coherency. While there is at least the base minimum of continuity between chapters and over time, it definitely feels lacking. The plot seems fine but definitely has a lot of seams showing. Exposition and plot mechanics are definitely clunkily presented rather than feeling natural.
Grammar: not bad, for rrl. The grammar is generally simple, which sometimes leads to weird dialogue. One particular misspelling was uncommon - the proper adjectival form of "Beast" is "Bestial" rather than "Beastial".
Character: the characters are very simple and generic. They are so far pretty typecast and predictable, with the exception of the protagonist who seems to vary depending on the author's mood. Nothing strictly wrong but very boring to read; even ostensibly-interesting characters feel pretty hollow.

The story is bland, boring to read, characters extremely hollow, tons of filler content, tropes upon tropes. Ch. 22 and the MC has no persona , except he is poor and likes to study. LitRPG system is meaningless, it's there just for the sake of being there. It does nothing to the suspense or the storyline.
The only outstanding trick is the dungeon subway. But seeing it gave the MC absolutely nothing when confronted with the people on the second trip, I would assume that the trick is also a blank.
Hugo was a good character and a bright spot in the whole story, why the hell did we loose him at the subway? MC should have partied with him through the second run and realised all thoose preparations, would have been fun.
Dropping the title as it is going nowhere.
