Heads That Roll (A Halo short story).

This fanfiction takes place in the Halo universe, and follows a plucky young ONI(Office of Naval Intelligence) Field Agent, and his story which takes place through out the Human Covenant war.

Note: This story will attempt to follow the lore of the Bungie Era games, as well as attempt to stay true to the novels, however there will be intentional misinformation that is presented as fact at certain points to emphasize the meddling of ONI High command's manipulation of the truth, and what trickles down to be public information.
