God of Internet [LitRPG]

Description
Adrian, a 21-year-old game developer, had just graduated from college with a guaranteed position at one of the country's largest game development companies, but instead of his dream coming true, it ended in a car accident after his graduation party.
When he woke up, Adrian found himself in the body of a 17-year-old high school student.
To his surprise, this guy wasn't graduating from an ordinary school, but from one of the gods!
Having taken over the body of a young god, Adrian had thousands of ideas on how to use his divinity of creativity to get as many believers as possible.
Adrian realized a great way to get thousands of believers quickly. "Can't I use my deity to make games and ask for prayers for believers to play my games?
Do my believers need something to fight monsters with? I'll make a game where they can capture monsters that will fight for them and evolve!
Do a red fire dragon, a blue water turtle, and a green plant frog look familiar? It's just a coincidence.
Is my believer's technology too weak? What changes can an intelligent AI assistant bring to people's lives?
When the God of Lightning decided to invade the realm of my believers, the creatures he encountered left him speechless.
"The God of Creativity wasn't weak? Where did so many powerful monsters come from?" The God of Thunder cried out in despair.
"I'm no longer the God of Creativity, I'm now the God of the Internet!" Adrian said with a smile as he ordered his followers to attack the enemy army.
From the young god with the weakest and most underestimated divinity in the class, who no one believed could graduate, to the god the other gods can only look up to. This is the journey of Adrian, the God of the Internet.

- UgleRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0It has the same feel to it as a Chinese fiction has. Main character starts as the one everyone looks down upon, and then whaump
the real main character gets reincarnated into the main character? Atp I dont remember as it isn't really that central. Just think of it as the main character gaining knowledge of technology and such, which he uses in his godhood. - farsight13Royal Road★★★★★ 5.0Who isn't addicted to the internet. Now, a medieval world just got a taste; and they love it. I am really interested how this story evolves. The author has yet to properly introduce other god world and characters and we hope it is going to be interesting. Right now they are just gearing up for the future. So far, good composition and story. Hope there is more character building in the future.
- MethefantasticRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5The story is great, nice change of pace compared to other “God of …” stories. The pacing is also just right, however, it feels as if this story does not have that many continuations, because the entire story kinda feels like a loop of : find new planet, give internet.
Besides that, I find it great! - HooplaRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0Generally great, the grammar is… challenging, at times it can really suck but they do always get the point across so it’s rarely that bad.
I love the way they made gods in this, and the fact that their power isn’t as simple as it seems with the goddess of waves who has water for hair not just controlling the ocean but sound waves, electromagnetic waves and literally anything that can be considered a wave, the god of thunder tricks people into thinking he uses electricity because that’s what people think when they hear thunder but in reality he uses powerful bursts of thunderous sound to deal damage (which of course the goddess who controls sound waves can easily counter)
The god of creativity can do anything at the cost of it taking 10x more power than any other god so it’s OP but not unreasonably so, I always like the mc being strong but when it’s too strong it just gets boring.
this book is swarming with references, from minor obscure ones like “that book where a chicken turns into a Pheonix to protect its farmer who was accidentally developing magic” to outright making bots called “Ladybug” and “CatNoir” so it is very fun to just look around and see how many you can spit while reading because I cannot stress how many there are especially in the early chapters. - TadayoRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0The writing reads like its been machine translated from chinese to english, the calculations seem kind of random and the story is just kind meh, despite this, its still fun to read. The story knows what it is, and it doesn't act like its the next mother of learning. Its simpleness is its greatest strength.
- smeltedironRoyal Road★★★★ 3.5I have a lot of expectations for this novel since I'm a big fan of the whole reincarnated into a god and make virtual reality games for players on Earth. However, there's just something about this novel that feel...a little rushed.
It's mostly about the pace. For example when the MC died and transmigrated (this is not a spoiler it's literally in the sypnosis), he just calmly accepted everything and started to plan how to use his power right away. My problem with it is that it is not a realistic reaction. Dude graduated from MIT (this is already very wish-fullfillment but I digress), has a caring girlfriend, and is a very successful person. Like he has a lot going on for him. But when he die and loose all of that, there's not even a single reaction or panic. I don't know. This just make the MC seems very callous to me. And this is not the only example where this sort of thing happen.
My point is the book isn't boring. It's entertaining in a way OP system chinese novels are entertaining. You can read it to pass the time but once you started to really think about it, the novel is no longer readable. - Lord RuneRoyal Road★★★★ 3.5*god of creation. Gosh how did I make a typo on the title 😭
Overall I like the story and the concept. The characters are fine so far but they are not fleshed out much.
the big problem for me is how the mc doesn't follow his domain
He's supposed to be the god of creativity but so far everything he's done is anything but creative(with some exceptions) he has literally just been creating things from his past life non of which is creative.
His power functions as a god of creation that can do ANYTHING but at a higher cost not like a god of creativity that can create a variety of weird blessings and creations for cheap if they are new inventions and out of the box thinking.
He can just create anything but it costs more period.
Maybe things will get better in that regard but right now his power has nothing to do with being creative and every time I hear him say that he's the god of creativity and copy paste the internet I want to pull my hair out. Give him restrictions and strengths based on his frickin domain of creativity ffs! How is throwing a generic fireball the same cost as throwing a fireballs that he burps out? One is a hell lot more creative and would make sense to be proportionally cheaper - betoRoyal Road★★★★ 3.5Overall an interesting read with an unique setting that captures the mind, both in what it currently is, and what this story could become.
What makes God of Internet good is the setting, the world is well thought, and there has not been a significant moment of breaking suspension of disbelief. Basically I give the world building 5/5, balancing the other stuff. It's an entertaining read, if a bit basic. Great candidate for a rewrite for publishing latter on, once the author has developed more his writing skills. The overall plot is a little simplistic and seems like a power trip at the moment, but fortunately a very different one to the usual fare in RR.
The style is kinda okayish, too much narration, and dialogs could definitely be improved...a lot. As of now, any dialog at all is to move the plot forward on some level. There is no organic dialogs, and the ones that try to be such are very very lacking. Too much tell, too little show makes for poor character development in this case. Only the MC seems to be developed, every other character is a faceless someone only there to move the story forward.
Grammar seems fine to me. No worries there at the moment. - aditya pandeyRoyal Road★ 0.5The author of the story is not punctual updates once a year or something does not listen to readers even waste the money of the people who have paid for their writing I even forgot the story and didn't even know a chapter have come out the author is a lazy person and you should not read history the concept is also good but the way in it was done is not at all
the story was good in the beginning but at the very end the gap between update became so that the all enjoyment flood from the story - CosmicEnigmaRoyal Road★ 0.5No chapter updates and still is tagged as ongoing. The story is good but the wait for it and the possibility of it being incomplete forever makes it bad story. Also all of the works from this author is like this. Unholy amounts of wait for a chapter that might or might not be released.
