This story is complete, but it is undergoing editing with a focus on fixing plotholes, character voices, and a more consistent writing style and tone.

I am so confused as to why this isn’t more popular.
I mean this is a story that reminds you of those coming of age stories, and among those this would be one of the best.
author, as much as it pains me to say this.
you should reach out to a publisher and turn this into a true book.
as a summary this book is about the thoughts and opinions of a young but powerful god. He wants to be respected, even feared by normal humans but that is illegal ( god court ). This story describes the actions of him and also the brewing conflict of Death and Balance (other gods). If you read this you will be sucked into a maelstrom of intrigue and conflict ( with oneself and others ).
be warned, the protagonist is young and he also acts his age bracket. So expect emotional responses and seemingly stupid decisions ( not many of these ).
the only downside I see is that the author is slightly inexperienced as they sometimes describe plot points that should be major either in a minor way or not at all.
be prepared for a emotional ride befitting of teenage angst and a teenage mind.

First. This is different from the other novels I've read.
You could use an analogy and say this novel is about a young master who is upset his people seem to be using their money to improve the lives of ungrateful and disrespectful peasants.
Then he gets turned into a peasant to be rehabilitated.
Honestly that's a new take I haven't seen before.
Good luck Soda. I hope your not kite soars. I just don't plan to watch it rise.
