The end of the world is coming, and the MC is a villainous young heir!
This story sets out its premise, an Isekaid villain facing the end of the world, with gusto and pace, but without a great deal of subtlety - but that may appeal to others! Chinese names and setting abound (I can read pinyin and speak Chinese, but other westeners may struggle with how to say the names!), and a romantic interest is quickly introduced... It's not quite clear HOW villainous the young heir is, or WHY - but perhaps that is coming. Great cover image BTW!
The pace of the story can also be an issue, as a LOT of characters and backstory is introduced VERY FAST. This isn't helped by the fact that the author always writes in single lines, not really paragraphs, which makes reading it very fast. It might be better to group similar ideas into topic paragraphs. I suspect the author is not a native English speaker, and as a teacher of ESL students myself, that makes this story a high achievement indeed, with some nice descriptive turns.
Full disclosure, I am probably not the target market for this work, as Isekai is problematic for me (I have FAR too many questions and my suspension of disbelief is essentially ruined by the genre's nature) - but I was attracted by the cover image and title. If you like anti-heroes, Chinese literature and Isekai imminent-apocalyptic setups - this could be your perfect read!
