- Antares905Royal Road★★★★★ 4.5The main page says it's ongoing, but I feel like Chapter 5 is a neat conclusion to the story if the author decided to stop there. An enjoyable experience overall, one that deserves a thorough advanced review.
Style: The story is linear and consistent throughout. Not once did I get lost while reading it. My only complaint is the lack of dialogue, and at times it feels like reading a long synopsis, but the author makes it work in my opinion.
Story: Dystopian tales aren't normally my cup of tea, but it is well-put together from start to finish. Like other dystopian stories, one of its building blocks appears to be the words "if this goes on..." I wasn't sure if it was actually trying to send a message to the audience, but I've drawn my own conclusions enough to post them under chapter 5.
Grammar: I didn't spot a single grammatical mistake, and if there are any, they are well below the radar. The author is literate and has quite the vocabulary.
Character: We don't learn much about the characters besides who they are at the core. But at least for the five chapters I have read, this works well enough.
Overall, a great story.
