Description

Frankie Montgomery is a high school senior living with her mom. She doesn't have a father but wishes she did. Once she learns the identity of her father, Frankie is suddenly forced into having to interact with him daily and rebels with feelings of anger and unforgiveness in her heart that she did not know she was capable of feeling. Her hatred shatters her life in ways she did not expect, and must learn the art of forgiveness.

I am writing this story as part of a Master's program at Liberty University. I appreciate any help you can provide. Any feedback will be most welcome.

I like this story a lot. I love the characters. Frankie is confused, Faith is a riot, and I want her green VW Bus named Pickle, her boyfriend Steve is sweet and Mr. Winters is clueless.
Reactions to situations are accurate. Dialog is realistic.
Emotions ride a rollercoaster when reafing the story. Sometimes, I laugh out loud and sometimes I say, "Awww".
The main character, Frankie and her mom, Rachel remond me a little bit of the Gilmore Girls. That is a compliment.
I can't wait for the next chapters to be published. Every chapter ends woth me saying, "What happens next?"
TA Perret is an up and coming author and I look foreard to reading more of her work.

I was presently surprised by a well written story with some tension and intrigue.
It is wonderful slice of life story, real people with real feelings.
It is a real uplifting story, the role played by the church is like a breeze of fresh air.
There is something like too much darkness in this world.
Some stories need to be gritty, but there also a need for some variety.
I am looking forward to the next story of this author.

There are only seven chapters and a prolog, as stated by the author; this is a work in progress, but I love the characters. Especially Faith and Pickle! There is humor and high school drama involved, and she tossed in family issues. I can't wait to see how Frankie deals with coming face-to-face with her father, who is also her English teacher. A father that she always thought was DEAD!
