Description
Determined to assist her father in his research, Prim follows him as they journey toward a nearby dungeon, where an enigmatic ritual will be held. Betrayed at the last second by her sole remaining family member, it is only a young priestess' words that save her from slavery or worse. Instead of being bound to the dungeon for all eternity and abused in ways she can only imagine, Prim finds herself in the loving care of a goddess she barely knows anything about.
Before she realizes it, Prim, now Kiomi, is the lord of her very own dungeon, one that she will fill with many wonders and... foxes.

- WintydunnoRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I like foxes. Story has a lot of foxes. There are around 15 foxes at the point if the review. Many different kinds of foxes. Cute little fox dudes doing fox things. Foxin around, so to speak. Main character is also a fox. If you like foxes please read this story.
- CathsaighRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Good start for a story, fun read. I quite enjoyed it. But it is only a start, and we don't know when the hiatus will end so might want to wait if you don't want to read an unfinished story.
Here's to hoping for an end to the writers block. - I.M.P.Royal Road★★★★★ 5.0A nice, comfy, fluffy slice of life dungeon story. There's some background drama, but this is mostly about Found Family and making a new life and a new home.
The story kind of reminds me a bit of No Epic Loot, Only Puns, but without any of the puns. I do wish the story had more humor. - IndreamRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Interesting dungeon interaction with world and with adventurers. Lot of foxes. Lots of fluff. A story so far is laid back, but considering revealed bits of world history have possibility to switch it. Characters are likeable. Oh a lot of foxes. Very enjoyable to read overall and lots of potential.
- MythicalKeyboardSmithingLvl1Royal Road★★★★★ 5.0This dungeon core story starts off with a great and riveting premise, and so far the creation and collection has been good! Very few errors in the text.
I’d love to see more of the options shown to us in the menus already be picked!
The characters are cute and fun.
I especially like the Goddess!
Looking forward to more of the story. - SargasreqRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I've started this yesterday or so, and it's a blast. Lots of things to discover, lot of foxy secrets, CUTE FOXES EVERYWHERE what's not to love ?? The main character is very easy to like, for the moment not a lot of characters were introduced but the system seems quite robust and nice !
- SilverianRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I started reading this a few days ago fully knowing it had a temporary hiatus message attached to it.
And I don't regret a single moment of it. The story is great, conveying a sense of deepness and the characters are loveable.
The multiple perspectives grant a beautiful view on the various aspeks of what is happening to the people in the world and their views of what is happening
Lastly, since I review this at the hiatus point, I want to say of course I want the story to continue, but even should the worst occur and the story ends here. I would not regret having read it. It's truly beautifuly written and I will remember some of its characters for some time. - Star1812Royal Road★★★★★ 5.0If you like foxes and TAILS, then you will love this story just like me. The MC is really easy to like with her background and how she handles things.
I like the little drawings of the foxes (the hand drawn and ai generated) and the map of the dungeon which updates whit the changes.
Also I just love that the foxes get generated after the Idea of an viewer, if the idea is good - TheShadowofChangeRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Normally, I don't go for dungeon core. They tend to get repetitive or have a lack of in-depth characters. For me, one of the most interesting things about the idea of dungeon core is how the dungeon will interact with the surrounding environment and world. 90% of the time, that just isn't addressed in a way I find satisfying.
Not here. Foxification hits every nail on the head and, although it is not perfect, it's as close as you can expect any story to be.
We've got detailed characters, an interesting plot, and all manner of magical FOXES.
Did I mention they giggle and purr?
Style Score: The story is laid back, but heartfelt and the action is kickass and well written. Our author is still building their momentum, holy foxes are they doing well.
Story: In terms of story, it's foxy. We have catharsis and tension. The story evolves quickly beyond the bounds of the dungeon but stays dungeon focused. It's a very character focused tale, rather than mechanic focused which is a nice change of pace for dungeon core. Honestly, I really believe it is evolving to be a real work of art for the genre.
Grammar Score: There are a few minor hiccups here and there, but spelling and grammar are close to immaculate. In terms of readability, Foxification takes the cake!
Character Score: Detailed indepth characters really make the story come to life. In the mid early chapters we get a bit touch and go with glossed over character interactions, but that only lasts a chapter or two. After that, we see a detailed narrative that brings to life some wonderfully nuanced side characters who, in their interactions with our protagonist, shine some very interesting light on the MC and the world as a whole.
Honestly, the worst part about this story is how quickly you will read through it and want more! - CrisisRoyal Road★★ 2.0Fun initial concept that fails to deliver on its own promise. Main character is all over the place with no solid characterization to empathize with. I started out excited to read it, but my enthusiasm died within the first few chapters as the story failed to fully engage my interest.
I hope the writer practices and improves, because they could be very good.
