Frelka should be dead. The Fogmen saw to that. But fate, or some foolhardy rescuer, dropped him into Mongrel instead, a town where hope goes to die. Trapped, broke, and stripped of everything but his stubborn will, Frelka refuses to accept defeat. If the Foglands want to claim him, they'll have to break him first.
