The world of Corozin had been ravaged by the malevolent Gods ever since its birth. Until the faithful arrival of the six Maidens, order was brought into the sacred lands now called Six Point. But this was eons ago, and through time, the Maidens were replaced with their newer generations to maintain order.

Save for the Maiden of Time. Her sudden disappearance left an empty void between the balance of the Maidens, resulting in cataclysmic events that would forever change the course of their world.

Embark on the adventure with Exrite – a relatively normal young man who sought for the forsaken Children of Balance; the Goddess that all Gods of Eastern Six Point feared. He believed in their sweet promise to liberate him from his curse of immortality, following the scent of their nectar into the heart of their sacred Domain.

But little did he know was that his ‘curse’ would inevitably become a catalyst that would slowly entangle him with the fate of Six Point, and more importantly, with the being who had ‘cursed’ him, and subsequent others who were forsaken by this person.

Exrite was supposed to be a normal man.

However, in a world dictated by countless supreme beings far and wide; above, and beneath – how could there possibly be a single truth?

Worlds will collide. Kingdoms will rise and fall. But above all –

This was the beginning of Exrite’s journey as the Exrenity.

Very meh, due to the authors' lack of experience. Practice makes perfect, so maybe after chapter ten things get better. Also, it's a depressing setting.
Good atmosphere, but the story is very hard to follow. Distinct characters, but it's hard to figure out who is saying what, where, to whom. Most chapters have to be read twice to make sense. Interesting bestiary, but its hard to figure out which creature in the scene is being described.
The setup is very depressing. Souls are fuel, gods are jerks, half the people the mc's work with are evil psychopaths, half are good but powerless. There is a running trend of working with bad people, who do bad things, as a means to an end, and that end has ambiguous consequences which will likely make things worse.
In short, the main cast doesn't pass the "aren't evil" or "aren't stupid" tests, and there is no indication that the story ever gets a payoff that isn't a downer.
I prioritize stories that make me feel better, not worse, after reading them, so I'll skip this one.
For comparison, Worth The Candle is also depressing, but it promises a payoff eventually. Metaworld Chronicles is depressing, but the mc honestly tries to be good, and refuses to be a pawn.
You can't give me 8 straight chapters of explaining how awful the world is, give the heroes an ambiguous quest from the same entities that turned this into a crapsack world in the first place, and expect me to have any hope for the future.
If I'm wrong, please let me know, and I'll maybe give this story another shot. I do like how pretty the world is.
