Having lost his childhood sweetheart and saviour for years in-spite of his fervent searches, Michael turns rebellious and gets sent hours away from the capital and home to complete his high school education.

Unexpectedly meeting his maltreated and barely managing to survive now - orphaned  childhood sweetheart - Stella, battling a partial amnesia and the unclear memories she has of the torment she had been through that has left her trusting almost no one, the journey to obtaining her trust and love begins.

How is Michael going to deal with the truth of his family having a hand in her family's death and their insistence on him staying away from her and keeping them apart?
