Eve's Guide to Ghost Removal
Community Rating
Description
Eve isn’t interested in anything remotely spooky -- especially not that Paranormal Bullshit. She’s had enough of that already, thank you very much, and now that she’s on her own in a new town, all she wants is to be left alone. She just wants to study the Blackwater Henges, do her job, and have absolutely nothing to do with other people’s problems.
Unfortunately, the town of Blackwood seems to have other plans: Eve's new apartment seems haunted, a missing girl is all anyone in town will talk about, and Eve draws perilously closer to getting dragged into people's problems.
So much for living a life unbothered by Paranormal Bullshit.
Eve is nothing if not stubborn, though. If Paranormal Bullshit wants to drag her into something, she’s going to make it regret that decision.

- CasualEvilRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0A healthy blend of the mysterious, the paranormal, satisfying grumpiness, and the appeal of caffeine and junk food steamrolled into one mega story.
Style: Couldn't have been better. Not dark and edgy or cringey like most paranormal novels I've read. Reads like an everyday, rightly edited paperback - only better. It just fits in a way that paints the world in appropriate shades of light and dark.
Story: My only reason for giving the story four stars is bcos it has yet to go far. Just a hundred and seventy seven pages at the time of this review. That said, what I've read so far, coupled with the foreshadowing and everything going on, the story is definitely enjoyable. The author brings things together like a pro.
I wouldn't even speak on grammar. On that sort of thing, I tend to nit-pick, with punctuation being the bulk of my worries. I have had nothing to hackle over while reading EGGR.
As for character, let it be noted that I love Eve. She is just so... Lovably grumpy.
All in all, what I'm trying to say is: Just binge this stuff already.
Also, since advanced reviews must be 200 words long, here you have your....
