While the start seems to lack something,  the story itself becomes more enjoyable with each new chapter.

though the grammar is not amazing i find myself enjoying this story. It undoubtedly has a weak start with some questionable reactions from the mc but as the story goes on i fine more details are added and characters become more real. Not an amazing story at the moment but it has potential and the author shows a good deal of improvement as of chapter 9. I look forward to seeing where the author takes it and how both the author and the story grow.

So, a 90 year old guy got kidnapped right when he was to reunite with his long dead wife, he then do not became mad at his kidnappers, immediatly cope with an absurd situation and didn't ask any questions about what the actual fuck is going on... I think the author never really meet a old guy before. Especially a war veteran. A real one would have been incredible mad at those assholes, he would call them on their kidnapping, refuse to colaborate with them and promise to tear their heads off and put them in their asses if they don't put him back in his path to heaven. A MC as apathic as that will never be likeable to anyone since there is a difference between "going with the flow" and "I don't have half of a brain so I don't care about anything".
Plus the bad grammar, that is a really bad story, needing a revised edition to be at least readable.
