- RznRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0The focus on his appearance is a bit weighty for a first chapter, though I realized only at the end that this was an incomplete short story so it makes a fair amount of sense. I do find it a bit odd that if he can hear the explosions inside an engine block but cannot discern human defenses or the body itself, then something like fear and accelerated heartbeats would have at least clued him in somewhat. Things are likely to escalate very quickly, but it seems that openly attacking someone is going to be a big mistake.
