Description

It doesn't matter how much you lose. The war isn't over yet, and they still remember your name.

Trenton is a young man born into a noble family in the southern most city of the Conqueror's kingdom. But during a celebration of the city's fine nobility, a rogue mage breaks in to kill him, murdering everyone Trenton knows in front of him, as well as Trenton himself. Mysteriously, Trenton wakes up alive just outside the boundaries of the now destroyed city completely unharmed. With nowhere left to go, Trenton struggles to survive as he tries to figure out what he is, and why he's being hunted, slowly gaining allies and strength as he traverses the dangerous plains of Everil. Every day he wakes up is another day he is lucky to be alive. Should he slip up, even for just a moment, he will die an agonizing, pathetic death, like so many before him.

The characters and worldbuilding, as well as the fights and abilities are pretty interesting. My only qualm is how many super special famous people they run into on the daily basis at random, they seem to meet some new person every day that's one of the most powerful people alive. It throws off the pacing a little. Its part of the story but it feels jarring and sudden often times. Especially since every single character ever in the story is related in some way such as a friend or relative. It makes the large world seem small.
That all said im really enjoying the story so far

Okay I will be brief since I want you to read this great story
Grammar in early stages was overwhelming since author just made giant text blocks of world building but it gets more condensed very quickly
    Characters are very enjoyable
    extremely enjoyable fight scenes
    minor spoiler (it’s okay)
Mc can regenerate so fight scenes don’t have plot armour
more structured like a book than a web novel so that is mildly bad for this site
Some qualms I have is some characters sometimes just don’t interact organically  this is very rare and in the later chapters but you’ll find about 2-4 scenes are are jarring
    major spoiler
One of the most powerful people on the continent is protecting our Mc yet he kind of just doesn’t detect his peers who just show up and threaten the kid
Sure he doesn’t have great detection abilities but feels like author forced that to happen to impress on us the villains strength
    worth the time would recommend
    advanced reviews require 200 words
