Description

"Essence is a link, a chain, a river. It flows through the world and makes us part of it. Through it, we evolve. With it, we mix with those close to us… "

Endless Essencetells the journey of a young man in search of his savior, a woman of unknown origins yet profound means. His fate will intertwine with others, forging bonds, revealing a world full of legends, goals, curses and people worth being loved.

"Essence… is a kind of story. It collects our tales, puts them together, then passes them onto those who seek the truth."

His world will also expand, beyond what is known, beyond what is hoped, and he'll soon learn wisdom is not made of a great amount of knowledge, but of courage and humility in front of being wrong.

And so, he'll forge ahead,

Without looking back,

Relentlessly.

Known by many names,

He'll keep his own close to his heart,

Yet the one ever present in the center of his being...

Will be hers.

Very fun read author. Enoying the characters, essence cultivation system, plot and things I've read in the interludes do keep me questioning what the hell is gonna happen. The way you write the world makes me want to learn more about it.
Cheers for writing and keep it up!

The story so far has some problems, but the main one I think is the escapism at the expense of good storytelling.
    spoiler:
The protagonist has very little characterisation, and the story seems very keen on complimenting him for anything and everything he does or doesn't do. He is at the center of attention of 2 very attractive women, one being 2 years younger and so subserviant I find it disturbing, while the other has good reasons to stay close, at least
The main point of the story seems to be :" the protagonist is awesome, look at him!". And that's okay, escapism isn't an inherently bad thing, but I would try to make that story a little less about him, and what he will become. There is more value to being exceptionnal when you are part of a world, and not at the center of it.
Another advice I would give is: question the narrative purpose of everything you write, as well as how you write it:
When you decide to introduce a character, what purpose will that character serve in the story.
When you give them an accent, what is the purpose of their particular dialect.
and this goes for at what stance you write your story, from which point of view, ect...

I'm not sure if the author lost interest in Avaln but about half the the chapters are about POVs not dirrectly related to Avaln's story. I don't mind an occasional half chapter for world buildning, but at this point they've basically killed all pacing.
Honestly I'd enjoy the story more if Alary's party chapters were summurized, or spread out at the end of normal chapters. I wish Darmia's chapters had been listed as intermissions or side story and placed between arcs. Making fake tension by placing unrelated chapters between action just hurts readers who are up to date, well meaningless to anyone reading after the fact. There more likely to just skip them and maybe go back and read them later.
Though I do really enjoy the story when it's actually focused on Avaln and events directly involving him.
