Description

Life in the Mojave is good. Unless your name is Courier Six, and you just want to have five minutes of peace and quiet. It's been over a year since the Battle for Hoover Dam ended the war between the NCR and Legion. Leading to both factions being booted from the desert, as a new Independent power rose in their place. While most wouldn't say that things have been smooth, there's freedom, and a sense of security now that the fighting's done. But as Courier Six looks down over his hard won domain, he can't help but reminisce on his past failings. Those that he lost with them. But you can't change the past. ...Can you? In a bid to re-write his own history, Courier Six finds himself swept across dimensions, to a world both familiar to his own, but completely alien as well. Where he's forced to re-learn old lessons, pick himself back up, and press forward again. War Never changes, so men must. Getting to do it as a younger man, with some new friends, just adds to the experience. Bad Luck follows some people like a cloud. For Courier Six, it's a pack of Thirteen Pitch-Black Cats.

Good fic. Awesome fight scenes, good storyline, intense. Has gunsmithing and a tiny amount of farming and cooking from Six bringing wasteland culture to the school.
Six seems like a first time playthrough, which makes sense.
Low luck, high endurance, agility, and intelligence. Mid everything else.
He's finished the story, so is relatively OP, but a lot less than how I play (lol) which is better for the story cause I'm a fucking maniac in that New Vegas.
He's also been through all dlc areas, so expect a experienced courier with lots of skills and some powerful perks.
Can't say how accurate the RWBY part is, as I've not watched it. Seems like cool characters.
    No complaints, lots of praise.

The author does an utterly exemplary work of description, character interaction, growth, plot line and world building. Small details that feel suitably plausible within the world Roosterteeth originally built are an absolute joy to observe and read, and the best part of it all is the fact that the author has the character's grow organically with the knowledge that they are still very much so children learning about the reality of their world. Absolute peak, if this gets dropped or cancelled I'm hunting the author down. In the immortal words of Six, "I will find you. This world is not wide enough to change that."

So good, like completely binge worthy read. Ive played a ton of New Vegas and watched 6 seasons of RWBY, this makes me want to do it all again. To the author specifically, I love this version of the goodsprings powder ganger fight and the whole of the sierra madra story, how your portraying all the events of new vegas are amazing and more real than how the game does them, i cant wait for more, have your well deserved 5 stars, you beautiful person

I have greatly enjoyed this fanfic as I have read through it. It has left me laughing hysterically on the floor, but also has some serious moments. The character building is great, the setting is accurate, and the fights are some of the best parts. overall an excellent read.

I’m just about caught up and honestly, this story surprised me in the best way. I don’t even watch RWBY, but this story had me hooked and actually got me interested in it. The writing is gritty and action-packed, with just enough slower, slice of life moments to let the characters breathe. The pacing feels solid, and the crossover works way better than I expected. Fallout elements like gear, weapons, and V.A.T.S. especially are used really well seeing how Courier Six uses it mid fight to think and react is a cool touch. You can tell that the author has a lot of love for both genres.
Highly recommend it even if you're only familiar with one of the fandoms (or neither), it's super easy to get into.

My Friend you've hit all the bases:
    - a good hearted mc who knows what needs to be done
    - multiple POV allowing to Look at things from diffrent angles
    - good and very entertaining story, which you simply can't stop Reading
    - properly introduced story of Curier Six making him a real person
    All in all well done.
Pls don't kill Pyrrha and knock some sense into that moron Jaune so that he can see what's in front of him.

Big fan of New Vegas and the general mechanics and stories you may come across in the game. Courier Six tells his stories in a grand and often entertaining manner. I am hopeful to see more of how the courier interacts with the people of Vale and other parts of the world of RWBY

    Story
I don’t know quite what I was expecting when I first started reading, but I’ve spent almost two whole days nonstop reading. This book manages to combine to of the things I used to love into one sweet walk down memory lane.
That being said, it’s still written well enough and explained that someone who’s never interacted with RWBY or Fallout:NV - which is a mistake since it’s such a good game - can still follow along with any issues.
And the fight scenes are so good! Probably the one of my favorite parts. Every single of them, I think, were written so good that I could fully visualize what was going on. I’ll have to take some tips XD
    Grammar
There is the occasional error here and there, but nothing that really stalled me from continuing to read. It did take a bit of time to get used to the paragraphs though. Some of them feel a bit long. Again, not a deal breaker in the slightest.
    Character
Every single character in this feels true to form of what they should be, which is dang impressive considering the MC is from a Fallout game. I don’t think I had one time where I was like ‘hey, that doesn’t sound like something that character would do!’
And I love the parts with Velvet. One of my favorite RWBY characters that didn’t get near enough screen time.

I have been reading this for a few days nonstop. I absolutely love this Fusion between fallout New Vegas And RWBY Especially since I rarely find a good RWBY Fanfiction You would be surprised how hard it is to find a good one that Isn’t just either on hiatus Or entirely dropped And this is awesome Also, I love the fights. The fight scenes are awesome. And also Author, I have no idea If you are going to read this But the food Fight chapter was awesome I was laughing, almost nonstop While reading it

Hey, I'm loving the story so far, apart from a couple of grammar mistakes that could be fixed I'm really liking it!I was also curious cause I saw that there were some images that didn't load me for no matter what I did, not sure if that's the same for everyone else but I thought I would address it
