This is a really enjoyable story. It is a hilarious mix of comedy and horror. Yes. Horror. And it's deliciously creepy. The videogame stuff is done well and is not overpowering, and the implications of every element that is part of its premise is explored beautifully!
Each character has depth, and the MC is hilarious. He is just a bro who is still surprisingly aware of his surroundings, rather caring, and it's like a perfectly reasonable expression to everything. Because everyone else is NPCs, they are incapable of certain interactions, and each moment is given the weight it is. It perfectly accentuates the eeriness of certain moments.
The grammar is surprisingly great and so is the story. The descriptions of the environment and people are handled surprisingly well as well. Whoever bopped this story with such a low rating is stupid. Fight me.
This is a really good story. Read it, starsdamnit.
