- Alex C. ReativeRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0... you my dear man have singlehandedly managed to make my opinions on fanfics change.
Dial... I still can't understand why or how I clicked on your first series, and now after I binge read through it like a maniac for the past month here we are. And I crave more.
No matter what others said - I enjoyed each and every chapter, all the little details, the different points of view, and the absolute nerdiness of it all.
I thank you truly for sharing your stories. - CaptainYumYum12Royal Road★★★★★ 5.0I went into this series thinking it would be a fairly standard self insert. boy was I wrong. The characters are engaging and fun, the plot lines are new, and make great use of Dial as an omnitrix user, always giving him challenges to overcome. The writing quality is phenomenal. I can't wait to read more and hope this continues for a while longer, there's so much more to explore in this universe.
So thank you Mr author for creating this! - Lord Turtle the firstRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I came across Dial by mistake looking for something with Ben 10. Initially I thought it would be a self insert cringe with mc who is super op and all the women in the marvel universe are after him but boy was I wrong. Mc is an ordinary guy who at the beginning is not very amazing but as the story goes he becomes much more skilled and keeps improving. One of the best stories I've read. Many thanks to the author for this master piece.
- Martin Alvara Jr.Royal Road★★★★★ 5.0I'm very happy you continued dial its my favorite story i remember always checking for the next update to the story wondering whats gonna happen next the anticipation and excitement and wonder Ben 10 is my favorite and you made this story amazing with your original character and how he used the omnitrix I love everything about this story I'm gonna go back and read dial from the beginning I hope you continued with your story and keep updating I haven't read the other dial story yet
- MataminusRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Assalamu'alaikum. First of all thank you for the prequel, a fantastic fic. What i knew from Marvel is mainly from the mcu, even the other crossover universe i only got a little of it. For ex i know ben 10, but not all the episode, i'm watching it just a bit here a bit there. The TV station herr kinda stingy with this kind of entertainment. They prefer garbage show.
Anyway im getting sidetracked. What pull me in is the characters and the world buildinf, its awesome. The impression of the stroy is like watching anime or cartoon kinda feel. But because its a novel, ikinda get more immersion.
I hope to reading it till the end of it.
Wassalam - Thiago_Gomes_333Royal Road★★★★★ 5.0What I enjoy most about this story is, without a doubt, the protagonist. Of course, the work does not rely solely on him—quite the opposite. Most of the characters are extremely well developed and properly explored throughout the narrative. The author shows remarkable skill in adapting Marvel characters into his own universe without turning them into caricatures or altering them so much that they become unrecognizable compared to their original versions. They remain faithful to the essence fans are already familiar with, without existing merely to artificially elevate the fanfic’s main character.
Even so, the protagonist manages to shine effortlessly. I usually have a strong preference for villains, but I also deeply appreciate stories centered on heroes—and when I say heroes, I mean real ones. Those who genuinely care about others, who push past their own limits to save an innocent person, without cheap cynicism, lazy smiles, or constant sarcasm about how heroes are naïve for acting without personal gain. In that sense, Dial is, to me, a true hero. A great man who sincerely cares about others and goes beyond what is required of him to bring salvation and hope, expecting nothing in return. Following his journey through the Marvel universe is genuinely inspiring.
As I mentioned before, the author successfully inserts his character into an already well-established universe without disrespecting the original material, while also avoiding a simple copy-and-paste approach. He makes precise, intelligent, and well-measured changes, turning the Marvel universe into something that is also his own—naturally shaped by Dial’s existence. At the same time, the story avoids the trap of becoming nothing more than wish fulfillment, a common pitfall in many fanfics of this genre.
Another major highlight is the use of the Omnitrix, which is simply fantastic. The author manages to preserve the essence of each alien, making them truly feel strange—almost aberrant—as they should. Some of
