Death in Diguise

In the world of Everneza, magic is dying, gifts are fading, and it is up to the great country of Leiyetta to stop it. Within her lands, Leiyetta holds the key to such a revolution, that in the secrecy of Isle Parisama, where the sacred school, Etari, lies hidden beneath the great mountain Evermeah.

But Etrai is no typical school, instead it is one of war. The chosen few who attend this historic school will be put through rigorous tests, and only after the first painstaking year, during which over half of the chosen 200 will die, will these students be placed into their roles. Most will be foot soldiers, some sentries, but only a handful will be put into the House of Merikna, which spies, assassins, and special forces call home.

Mauven Fangera is one of these chosen, and while she is not the typical candidate for such a task, she has no choice. Etrai beckons her and the time has come for her to answer, the only question left is how long she will survive.
