    a story about a teenage boy learning magic and engaging in political machinations, except, it seems quite harem as every older woman falls for him. For some readers, this might be a reason to stay away - there are a lot of suggestive scenes
    personally I don't mind it, it is quite fun overall and the magic is interesting. The MC practises "gamme magic" which is OP but a dangerous path to walk on with a bloody reputation... I'm glad the author chose to give the MC the most dangerous and interesting magic and not a weaker type
    also the MC is surprisingly, quite smart for his age and calculating, which is my preferred kind of character. Although there are some areas he is less experienced in, but it makes sense
    he has a difficult time and is always under pressure, but finds some smart solutions
    the characters are interesting, sometimes there are lapses but overall they are true to themselves and act realistically
    the style reminds me of translated chinese stories - a lot of authors seem to be writing in this light novel esque style recently. If you want a western fiction tone, this might not be for you, but I've read a lot of such stories so this didn't bother me
    overall an interesting story, I'm enjoying it

    grammar and style feel really unedited. We are told everything with nothing shown. events are disjointed and pacing feels off.
    the character just falls flat since there is nothing there but bland compliance with personality only peeking through at the most pointless times.
    overall this is a poorly executed self insert power fantasy. usually I enjoy these kinds of stories as a break from thinking and the real world but this one was just not worth any time
