This is a good story. The author has a clear vision of the dystopian Democratic Union and sucks you right into that world. I would recommend this because this story has a special sense of authenticity. This story is not trying to be popular / mainstream - this does not feel like an escapist whish-fulfillment. Nor is this trying to preach something fashionable. Instead this author might be one of those poor fools who is trying to earnestly convey some ideas he truly believes in.
Now let me justify some of my scores,
    Style:
The story is written in such a way that it gives enough detail to easily visualize what is happening but at the same time its also feels like the narrator has a casual conversation with me - which made this a very easy to read. On the topic of details, there are just some that once I read them I just felt "ah, this guy gets it", even on such banal things such as where billboards and ads are placed in City 57. Really sells you on this being a real place.
    Onto the characters:
the three protagonists are a disillusioned superhero, a gruff mercenary and a hobo, who just want a damn cheeseburger!
As of chapter 19, I think two of them are greatly entertaining, they are active with clear goals. One of the three is a bit too whiny. I can sympathies with him but he is a bit too whiny nevertheless.
Grammar- needless to say I didn't see any errors.

Very interesting storyline that has a lot of promise. Well developed characters, naturally flowing dialog, good world building. Just needs a little polishing as the occasional grammar slip up or slightly jarring scene transition makes it into the narrative.
I'm very invested in the story, and can't wait to see where it goes!
