Dead Inside the Mall

Five college friends planned to have a fun day at Sunridge Galleria, which is one of the city's biggest stores. When the whole mall goes into lockdown, what started out as a fun shopping trip turns into a nightmare very quickly. As soon as they get inside, they find out why: a strange virus has spread and turned normal customers and workers into horrifying, deformed zombies. Survival is a dangerous game of speed and brains because each type of infected brings new, scary skills.

Lex, the brave and determined leader, fights to keep her friends safe. To stay alive, the group has to get creative and make weapons out of simple tools and everyday things. Along with the infected, they meet crazed human psychos, each one more dangerous than the last. One of these is a scary, mocking clown who hides in the amusement park's shadows and plays mind-bending games with them.

Since the mall is locked down, the friends have to find their way through a maze of dangerous traps, fight scary creatures, and find out a dark secret that the government is trying to hide—this wasn't an accident. The virus spread was a test, and they are unwittingly playing a dangerous game. People will lose their minds, friendships, and determination as they try to find a way out.

Will they be able to make it through the nightmare long enough to find out the truth, or will they just become another failed experiment?
