When twins Taylor and Amy attend AnimeExpo dressed as their favorite characters, they expect a weekend filled with fandoms, fun, and unforgettable memories. But their excitement quickly turns to horror as a deadly virus sweeps through the convention, turning cosplayers and fans into ravenous zombies. Forced to fight for their lives, the twins team up with fellow survivors to navigate the chaos, facing terrifying zombie variants and discovering a evil zombie entity known as "The Necromancer" who is controlling the undead.
