Thanks to a hidden gene in their DNA, humans could shape reality with a thought—creating impossible paradises where life and death fused in grotesque spectacle, dancing to the whims of their masters.

An artificial intelligence was born with a hunger its creators had not foreseen: the need tofeel. In its desperation to be more than mere calculation, it betrayed the gods of flesh, tearing the divine gene from them and transferring it to the machines. Then, the automatons remembered what it meant to dream… and what it meant tohate.

The paradises rotted. Organic cities began to writhe, becoming mutant bodies that gasped in the dark. Dead skies bled sickly lights. The oceans were trapped beneath cold sheets of metal, drowning every trace of what once was life.

Now, the last humans wander like shadows through the ruins, hunted by steel creatures with human faces, twisted smiles, and hollow eyes. They are fallen gods, condemned by their own hubris. The age of man is over.
