- EiferRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0There's a pretty damn solid start for this book and already some decent character development and hints for world building.
Standard alignment system as far as I can tell. Chaotic/Lawful Evil/Good/Neutral.
For the time being however, this isn't a story for me. From the very start, the character is forced onto a single path due to 'circumstance' and I'm not a huge fan of that.
I'm giving it 5 stars for the short amount I've read, because I don't believe me being tired of this kind of narrative makes the story deserve less. - EvolutionRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0TLDR:
Keeping this short and sweet, I appreciate everything about how this has started. Everything from the character introduction, to the environment building, to the descriptions in combat, to the personality of the characters themselves, and am keen to see what you do after meeting our new "friends" in the 4th chapter.
I hope to see more of this in the future! - MoonlitSylvaRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Incredibly enjoyable premise, strong personalities, and a good hook has made this story incredibly enjoyable to read. The ways that the game-like setting influences character dynamics and the story (attempting to stay in character) has been really interested. I am excited to see where the story will go from here and I definitely recommend the story to anyone who can tolerate or enjoy the self-certain, bumbling Initial personality of the MC.
