Court of Autumn

Merlin Aglovale is a man without purpose. Having lost his family in high school to mysterious circumstances, he lives a lackluster life with no ambition or desire other than one thing- to become a vampire. It is a desire that could not possibly bear fruit since vampires don't exist, after all. However, one night during his daily stroll, he makes a chance encounter with one and is hurled feet first into the world of the night. Will he be able to overcome the expectations placed upon him by his kin, or will he crumble to ash under the blazing sun?
