A hacker joins the users of Royal Road accompanied by a new AI. How will Gaea react to this new entity will she see it as friend or foe? Said Hacker starts in the most populated area with the intention of rising to the top of pvp users and challenging unworthy emperor candidates, in the hope of building an empire for a favorable candidate. He intends to be the power behind the thrown online and more importantly to him offline.

Love the book. Really fun read. I like that it is not just a murder hobo book which a lot in this genre end up being.
The only minor thing that I would like improved/explained, I think the main character should be more circumspect where it come to telling people what he knows. At least act like he has come up with some ideas. For instance in the beginning he should have researched worlds for his family and made a show of which ones would be good for his family rather than just sending them to those places randomly. Later he is being monitored but still tells all his friends very knowledgeable things. I just feel this part should be expanded a bit.
But this is so minor, that if you like Litrpg this is a must read.

There are some very minor spoilers ahead so be warned.
Character makes some decisions I don't necessarily agree with, and I can't decide if that means the Mc is stupid or kind of discombobulated from his change in fortune. There are some plotholes that need to be paved over and they're mostly easy to fix. In one chapter it says he liquidated his assets, sold the title to his car, etc. Next chapter, he's driving around in his car. Dad carries around 8k cash in an envelope in his wallet for a rainy day, and gives it to his son with no explanation or a consultation with his wife. There are some grammatical and spelling errors, but I'd imagine a quick reread of his own content and he'd be able to pick them out pretty easily. These criticisms are all pretty superficial.
Other than that... This story is awesome. The meat and bones of a legitimately wonderful story are here. The background is interesting and it all seems to be very well thought out. The system has some depth. The character has flaws, but don't make me dislike him. He's not the only one who has an ex who left a bad taste in his mouth. He's relatable. Yeah he'd like to save the world, but he's also fixated on the important shit first. I usually stay away from the vr genre and treat it like a plague, but I can see how the real world stakes bleed into the game universe. I'm super interested in seeing where this all will go. I cannot wait to see where this story goes in the next few chapters.
The most important thing about this story is that it's genuinely fun to read. Write more, write faster.
How the hell is this not more than 200 characters long? I feel like Royal road is trolling the shit out of me right now. I don't wanna type a bunch of useless things, but Lord help me I will if I have to.

... maybe because of the missing title art in the picture of the story, maybe because I quit after the first pages? For me it was a seemingly boring and distopian beginning.
Glad this time I read a bit farther. Because it´s exactly the kind of story I search for and love, love, love. Mooore please! Much more!

Grammar is practically perfect. A few very seldom, unpesky mistakes remain; like a missin or wong lettre in a common word, where you can near automatically read over it. But not worth the time and effort to eliminate. I would much much rather read more story as long as there remain no disruptive mistakes.

Great story! I love the the progression and.characters. The fact that it's science fiction is a nice change. There are still some mistakes in the draft, but the author is looking to fix these. And to be honest, they didn't really bother me much.
Volume 1 is finished, so go and read it. What are you waiting for?

Hey hey, I never usually leave reviews, but I felt this work deserved one.
first off, for an original first time work, it puts a whole new spin on things. a VR/space adventure with real world consequences. Also, the MC isn't dumb, but not all that smart all things considered. Just your average guy who is taking advantage of preventing past mistakes. Also, the writer does a good job at sticking to a good work instead of throwing the MC into the OP catagory, so hopefully the author balances growth so he isn't OP but just a slight step of everyone. For example he did a good job at showing how he isn't rich over night, and isn't sporting the best gear and weapons.
as for improvements, I suggest the writer gets a proofreader, that way grammatical errors are sorted out. Also, whatever happened to the stone? Because it isn't in his ring from what I can tell.
and somehow I have gotten to the 200 min. For writing a review so yeah..... hopefully it is enough now.
also, I appreciate the lack of Henti and it just being a good adventure story eluding to some possible future romance...................

This story is awesome so far! It catches the flavor of sci-fi and litrpg very well. The characters are interesting and the story easily draws you in and keeps you wanting more! The chapter lengths are good and end at logical points. The grammar is well done and easy to read and fallow. And the teck is explained well all in all Keep up the great work!

I am not very good at writing reviews but here goes. It's an enjoyable story in a genre that's over saturated. Man goes back in time to try and save humanity from its mistakes that cost them the planet. The story is enjoyable and engaging, as well as being well written with only the occasional misspelled word or incorrect word choice. Combat is not the main focus of the story but there is action. The main character is thankfully not an idiot or self centered murder machine but he does feel slightly immature for his actual age. There are not many side characters outside of his family so I cannot speak to much on their development just yet.
I like this story and I want to find out what happens next. I want to find out what the MC has planned and future development has me curious. For me that's what is most important in a story, it has me wanting more.

The title of the reveiw says it all really. This is in my opinion one of the novels with the most potential in RRL right now. The setting and characters are interesting, the characters are really fleshed out and mundane interactions and dialogs give it fresh air every chapter.
The best: Worlduilding is great! Setting and main ideas have a lot of potential.
The worst: The starting sequence was too short, there was very little introduction to the MC's backstory, making it difficult sometimes understanding where he is comming from (mundane appreciations of before/after).
It deserves 5/5, and I have high hopes for this novel.
Edit: The quality of the chapters has been dropping slowly as the story advances, focusing on fast paced action. I sincerely hope the author slows down a little, takes some time to develop the world, characters, to even things out.
