Cluck this: Chicken Isekai

Tom Fletcher's plans of a life after death have truly gone afoul. Though he dreamed of life in another world with magic and skills and levels, this was truly a raw deal.

Tommy is your normal farmhand who helps tend to the animals at Barncropfield incorporated's local factory farm, However his day at work is anything but. The chickens had managed to break free of their coops and stage a coupe, and our hero is caught in the veritable flood of birds. As the wave of talons and feathers passes so too does poor Tommy.

Tommy is then told that one dream of his could be fulfilled in the life after death, any he could think of. Naturally he shouted out what he had dreamed of doing since he was a kid "I want to live in a fantasy world thats like an rpg!"

"Wish Granted!"

And that's how Tommy ended up as a fledgling chick in the middle of the woods
