The planet called Elissa Moon is filled with neon lights and the overbearing cruelty of the Mastals.  It's the struggle of the wolf-like creatures known as Shasis, whose mystical childhood fairy tales stand between Elissa Moon and it's collapse into despair. It's the story of:
